Happy 4th of July

4th of July

4th of July we had a great day. The night before Grandma Lane spent the night. In the morning we had a pancake breakfast at the church. Jessica and Keven drove all night and met us there. It was great having them here! Later in the day we went swimming. Jocelynn had a nice nap and then we went to see the fireworks at the park. Grandpa stayed home so Carter could sleep and Jocelynn just went with us. It was nice spending that time with her. She was REALLY excited to see fireworks. She talked about it all day. THey were really nice and played great music!

Gabrielle

We love to visit Gabrielle!

29th Birthday!

I had a wonderful birthday. James got up early before he left at 6am and made breakfast. eggs, sausage, biscuits. We went to the beach with my mom and came home and I got to go get a pedicure. James came home from work early and made cupcakes with Jocelynn. Later that evening we went to Kingfish and I got Lobster, oysters and potatoes.
It was a great birthday with family and I look forward to my last year before I turn 30!

ISR swim lessons

This is Jocelynn's second year with swim lessons through ISR. For more info go to infantswim.com. It's an amazing program. Last year it was a 6 week course, everyday for 10 minutes. They taught her during that time to swim and float on her back. It's mainly for survival but she learned during that to swim and gain confidence in the water. She's a great swimmer. This year the refresher course was only one week. Her instructor made the comment that she was the best refresher student she has ever had. She remembered everything from last year on her first day. We are going to have a fun summer swimming. Next year I will be signing up Carter for lessons.

Awesome floater!
